Coley Poley's Modeling Debut

Hey guys,

This is super important. Jed has entered Cole into a contest, held by Evenflow bottles, to win a 10,000 dollar college scholarship. Voting is done online--the more votes, the better. You can vote once everyday, so please, please, please go to the site and vote for our little guy as much as you can. The voting starts on August 1st. Here's the link: http://www.evenflo.com/Homepage/BYAS/tabid/210/photoType/ViewPhoto/PhotoID/5617/ContestID/4/Default.aspx

Anyway, what's new? Well, nothing particularly exciting (at least to anyone but Jed and me). Cole continues to smile and babble. He loves to look at himself in the mirror, thinks it's the funniest thing ever. He can almost roll over completely now, and his favorite time to do so is during a diaper change (inevitably a dirty diaper). He's also swatting at his toys now, and can hold some of them. He's just now starting to bring things to his mouth. We think he's barely begun teething, as he's a drool machine, grumpy grumperton, and loves for something to rub on his little gums.

On another note, we've begun serious dog training with Franklin "Terror" Fraser. He seems to really like it, though. He is doing much better, although he'll still steal your pizza if given half a chance.

We went tubing last Sunday on the Green River, and Harv's mom watched the baby (she said he was wonderful). Jed and I got pretty beat up, bruises and cuts and such, but it was a great time. Lots of beer, sun, and water. What could be better?

That's all for now. World Cup finals are on, and we're in overtime. Go Italy!

Hey chicken! Well I've finally joined the Jed & Sara's Great Adventure Fan Club. I.e. I've finally pinpointed and 'Favorited,' as it were, the link. Yay! Let me tell ya, I read the Coley Poley post and went to vote and got piping hot at my computer because it wouldn't let me vote!!!! ARGHHH! Then I went back and read that the voting hasn't started yet. Brilliant. Please don't tell the A Team Captain! It won't happen again!

Well, I love you and that family of yours a lot. A trip down with Mom to see the baby (maybe the dingo at your baby!) is in the works. Haven't seen that little bugger in 3 months!

Love you,

T
